Julia Karran, a member of the Gateway Drama group, competed in the Parish Walk last Saturday and reached her goal of Santon Church in 3 hours 38minutes and 42 seconds.
This was the first time she had ever competed in a walking race. She raised money for Gateway Drama and will now collect in the money pledged and present it to the Group when it returns from its summer break in September.
